7 Days of Showing Up: What I Learned from a Week of Posting

This week, I took part in a content challenge to rebuild my visibility after a quiet season in my business. I didn’t set out to go viral. I didn’t even plan the week in advance. I just wanted to show up with more intention — and see what came up along the way.

Here’s what I learned from posting every day:

3.Structure

4. Refine

5. Share

What I'm taking with me

The challenge I’m taking part in is called Consistent Content Sprint Day Seven and is hosted by the powerhouse Lisa Johnson. Today is day 7/11 and the insights and reflections I’m garnering from this are already rising. Here are my current biggest take aways:

This week reminded me that showing up doesn’t have to be perfect — it just has to be honest. Each post was a step toward reconnecting with my voice, my audience, and my message.

If you’ve ever set yourself a challenge like this — or you’re thinking about it — I’d love to hear what came up for you. Drop me a message or come and chat over on Instagram.

This 7-day stretch has sparked a few new ideas, and I’m looking forward to exploring them in future posts. For now, I’m logging off with a quiet sense of pride — and permission to take it one step at a time.
